TV tiny compared to modern standards!!! Limited hanging space in the room with bathroom area divided by curtains!!! More thoughtful layout and amenities could enhance the overall experience!!!

Sensational and great breakfast with a huge variety of options, gorgeous and fairly clean place. Welcoming and absolutely perfect staff on reception and elsewhere. Lovely food at breakfast served in the dining room. Certainly a very comfortable experience for an overnight stay in Holbeach.

Comfy bed, but that chiming clock made it tough to sleep, eh? Breakfast was great!

A warm welcome awaits you
Upon arrival, the hosts, Michael and Luca, extended a warm welcome. My room was not only clean but also cozy. Breakfast was a good experience. I savored the full English, beautifully presented with fresh ingredients in a charming dining area. Free parking was a bonus, and the location made it easy to explore local eateries.
The only downside was the occasional chiming of a clock in the hall, which disturbed my sleep at night. While it might not bother everyone, it slightly marred what was otherwise a perfect stay.

Recommend it for friends who love charm
The hosts were really good, remembered our names, and even booked us a table at the local pub on a busy night. The garden was a beautiful oasis to unwind after a long day!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but the quality made it reasonable.

The stay included a awesome breakfast with Bernese Fries, served with a good touch of elegance. The hosts were great, yet there was occasional background noise from surrounding traffic that disturbed the peace. The garden offered a lovely escape. Navigating the layout of the facilities could be a bit confusing due to its unique design. Despite these minor downsides, the overall atmosphere was inviting and cozy were good.

The decor was on point, and the breakfast was luxurious, with touches like linen napkins and Tiptree jams. We visited nearby Frampton Marsh and Deeping Lakes, both fantastic for nature lovers. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a chill getaway with quality service.
The only downside was that the bathroom setup could have been better, as it felt a bit odd with the layout.
